Instructors

Juanita McDowell has a master’s degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and is a former weekly contributor to the radio show “Real Estate for Real Life” on WCLK, 91.9 FM.  A XINNIX Certified Loan Consultant, Juanita regularly teaches classes on mortgages, technology, and consumer credit to real estate offices and professional organizations in Georgia.

She is now an approved instructor for the FDIC Money Smart® program.

 

 

 

Vickie Butler is a workshop presenter as well as a licensed REALTOR® working the Southern Crescent areas of Atlanta.  She is an Associate Broker and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).  In 2015 she will serve on the Professional Development Committee for the Fayette Board or REALTORs® and she will also serve as a GAR Governor.  Vicki focuses on the senior community in her real estate practice.

 

 

 

Clyde Anderson started his career in the Real Estate Industry as a Mortgage Banker in 1998.  He quickly saw a need for more education so he founded ParaMind Publications and authored his first book created to educate people on the importance of maintaining a strong credit profile.  The book help land Clyde a reoccurring spot on CNN as a personal finance contributor and then to a weekly segment entitled “Home School”, that airs weekly on CNN.

Clyde also assisted the Atlanta Development Authority with the creation of previous  Atlanta Mayor, Shirley Franklin’s, affordable housing initiative “Home Atlanta”, which leveraged over 60 million dollars in bond funds to create affordable housing solutions in the City of Atlanta.

Clyde is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a BA in Business Management.  He has facilitated several classes for industry professionals and a plethora of organizations across the country.

Marsha Thompson is a Trainer/Speaker and Georgia REALTOR.®  She has worked in corporate America for IBM and Experian Credit Reporting Agency.  In the past she has trained for government agencies and done talks across the country for non-profits.  Today she facilitates InMotion courses such as Gadgets and Gizmos for Agents as well as courses that focus on Credit, Sales and Communication.  Marsha volunteers her time serving as President of the Fayette County Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, one of the oldest and most influential non-profits in the nation.  She lives in Atlanta with her husband, two daughters, and her dog Butterscotch, aka her exercise coach.
